Every Flight Fabrication Project is fully customized and unique. Through computer aided design and years of hands-on craftsmanship, we've found the perfect balance to deliver a consistent and quality end product. We make sure there are no surprises, and you are updated every step of the way.
First you submit your design to us via email* or we design together using Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk AutoCAD. We design and develop products using a suite of Autodesk Software products (Inventor, Revit, and 3DS MAX) allowing collaboration between homeowners, architects, builders, and developers, we can tangibly connect thoughts to products. We can provide accurate, CNC processing ready 3D models and renderings of products and their surrounding environments.
Combining our engineering and design processes of the project allows for reduced design time, maximizing nesting efficiency, and streamlining the time from concept to finished product.
We can print Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), and Sterolithograhpy (SLA). We have a variety of materials that we can print as 3D for printed prototypes and in some cases production components.
We can also provide real time animations and Walkthroughs with Virtual Reality (VR) where you can interact with your products TO SCALE.

* If you are providing files we can accept many different formats. Our standard formats include but are not limited to: .IPT, .IAM, .IDW, .DXF,.DWG,.IGES, STEP. Please reach out with any file transfers or questions on collaborating.
